RETURN POLICY:

FOR ACCESSORIES: 

All accessories qualify for return if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. Untouched and unworn. You may return it within 7 days after delivery. Before shipping back, please email us first with order number and reasoning for the return request. We have the right to refuse the package if you send without notice. When your return is received, we will confirm the items are in new condition. If the items are in new condition, you will receive an email confirmation and store credit code.

 

FOR WIGS & EXTENSIONS:

If for any reason you receive your wig/extensions and would like to return, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. Please make sure that you read the details of products in its entirety before placing an order, due to the no exchange or refund policy. We encourage you to fully understand what you are ordering before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions please reach out to us to clarify before making your purchase. In order for your return to qualify for return, the wig must be unaltered, in perfect condition.

  • No lace has be trimmed or cut from the unit. If you choose the option to receive your unit with lace removed, it will not be eligible for a return. Discounted wigs are not eligible for return.

  • No adhesive or tape have been applied to the unit.

  • Hair has not been cut, trimmed, washed, dyed, or chemically treated,

  • No heat damage

  • Tags and original packaging are intact.

  • No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied

Before shipping back, please email us first for the the shipping address. We have the right to refuse the package if you send without notice. When your return is received, we will confirm the wig/extensions are in new condition. If the wig/extensions are in new condition, you will receive an email confirmation and store credit code. We give store credit only.

IMPORTANT: Items that have been worn or exposed to odors such as perfume, colon, smoke of any kind will not be accepted. Please ship item(s) with shipping insurance. 

Bombed By Brandi is not responsible for item(s) lost by mail carriers shipped by customers. Any return shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned units/extensions must meet the criteria to qualify for a return.

 

CANCELING ORDER: 

Ready to ship wig orders can not be cancelled as these orders are packaged immediately. Pre-orders and all other orders must be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing order or it will be processed as normal. Must email support@bombedbybrandi.com

 

CLEARANCE & SALE ITEMS:

All clearance and sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges. This includes wigs, extensions, and all accessories.

Wig Construction (Provide Your Own Bundles) or Wig maintenance 

Please ship your wigs/extensions to the address we provide. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Bombed By Brandi, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS (you must verify). However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Bombed By Brandi does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

DISCLAIMERS:

Please note: Hair extensions come in shades of natural browns. Lighting from our studio can slightly alter the color appearance. Some units may appear darker, “black”, when they are brown/dark brown due to lighting. If a unit is colored, color will be listed in the description. 

For any custom colored units when being replicated the color will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and colors differently, but we will try to get it as close as possible.

Wigs may fall differently on a person than a mannequin.  Height, face shape, neck length, can make units fall differently on a person. No unit will fall the same on everyone.

Bombed By Brandi is not responsible for wigs not fitting if the cap size is wrong. All wigs cap sizes are listed in the description or can be selected when ordering duplicates or custom.

HAIR CARE
Here are just a few tips on daily hair care to keep your Bomb Bundles looking healthy, manageable and re-usable; because without proper maintenance it won't last.

Before you install your bundles I strongly suggest that you shampoo them 2x, condition 1x for the best results. When you Rinse out the conditioner; rinse until there are no suds left. Rinsing the conditioner out is one of the most important steps. If you do not rinse it well, any residue or traces of product left in the hair will result in STIFF and DULL hair...then... Let your bundles (hang dry) or Lay flat to air dry. Now you ready to install.

 

1. Use sulfate FREE shampoo and conditioner  (Products that contain sulfate are very damaging and extremely drying to the hair.)

 2. Use moisturizing and hydrating products

 3. Use a shampoo with oil In it such as "argan oil"  "Moroccan oil"  "keratin oil"

 4. Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, we recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week. but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.

 

We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair starting from the ends and work your way up towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions.

 

Before Going to Bed: Gently brush hair to remove all tangles. Braid your hair into a couple of big braids, wrap your hair, or tie your hair into a ponytail; then cover with a satin scarf/bonnet or use a silk pillowcase.

 

You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair and makes it very difficult to keep the hair the way you want. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Coloring Tips: If you are not familiar with coloring hair please take extensions to a professional colorist. Bomb Bundles are a great investment, you don't want to ruin the hair by over processing It with bleaches and dye. Always let a licensed professional color your bundles even if it as simple as applying a black semi-permanent rinse. Don't do it yourself.

Curly/Wavy Maintenance

 

The "Water Wave" Pattern

For best Results: Co-wash the Water Wave texture with cool water. Co-washing is a method to wash hair without using shampoo and washing with conditioner. When co-washing your hair you should use a cleansing conditioner to wash the hair. Rinse the hair with cool water. Lay it flat to air dry and then install. This method will keep the curl pattern nice and tight. Hot or warm water will loosen the curl pattern​

The "Curly" Pattern

It's Mandatory that you apply a curl defining/curl control cream while the hair is wet. This way it will stop the hair from frizzing, getting really big & puffy and lock in the wave or curl in the hair. It will give the hair a nice, soft and tamed wet look while its dry. Most people think that the curly hair is low maintenance but it actually require the most up keep and it need to be wet every day with curl defining cream. Remember the more heat that you use the harder it is to retract hair back to the natural curl or wave pattern.
