Please note that the price excludes lace replacement, color, and cut requests.
If lace replacement is necessary, we highly recommend supplying the lace pieces from the company the wig was purchased from to ensure a perfect match in texture. We do offer lace closures, but please note that we only offer raw quality extensions. Lace closures' texture may not match if it's not raw quality.
For your convenience, we offer a 3-7 business day turnaround time.
Please ship your wig within 5 days of booking; the shipping address will be provided via email after booking. To ensure a smooth process, please email us your tracking info, and ensure the wig owner's name matches the name on the package.
In the event that we do not receive your wig or haven't been contacted within the 5 business day turnaround, the wig will be returned to the sender, and the service payment will be refunded (excluding shipping cost).

DISCLAIMERS: Hair extensions come in shades of natural browns. Lighting from our studio can slightly alter the color appearance. Some units may appear darker, “black”, when they are brown/dark brown due to lighting. If a unit is colored, color will be listed in the description. For any custom colored unit, when being replicated, the color will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and color differently, but we will try to get it as close as possible.Wigs may fall differently on a person than a mannequin.  Height, face shape, neck length, can make units fall differently on a person. No unit will fall the same on everyone. We list lengths in the description, please make sure you go by the length and not how it falls on the mannequin.Bombed By Brandi is not responsible for wigs not fitting if the cap size is wrong. All wig cap sizes are listed in the description or can be selected when ordering duplicates or custom.
